Privacy Policy
Effective August 13, 2026
Masters of Defence LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates this website. This policy explains what information we collect from visitors, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website only, not to any other channel you might contact us through (phone, in person, Facebook, etc.).
Information We Collect
Information you choose to give us. The Contact form and the chat assistant on this site both ask for your name, phone number, and any project details you choose to type in; the Contact form additionally asks you to select the type of fencing project from a list. We only receive this information if you fill it in and submit it — nothing is collected as you simply browse the site.
How that information actually reaches us. This website has no server or database of its own, so the Contact form and chat assistant don’t transmit your information to us directly. Submitting either one opens a pre-filled email, addressed to us, in your own email app or webmail account. If you go on to actually send that email, it comes to us the same way any email does — from your email address to ours — and lands in the inbox we check, mastersofdefencellc@gmail.com. If you close the window instead of sending it, we never receive or see anything you typed. This website itself does not store, log, or have any access to what you enter into either form.
Information collected automatically. This site is hosted on Cloudflare’s network. Like virtually every website host, Cloudflare processes standard technical information for every visitor as part of delivering web pages — things like IP address, browser type, and the pages requested — in server logs. We do not install any separate tracking or analytics tool of our own on top of this, and we do not use this technical data to identify individual visitors; the most we ever see is aggregate traffic statistics (like overall visit counts) through our hosting dashboard, the same baseline reporting any website host provides. Cloudflare’s handling of this technical data is governed by Cloudflare’s own privacy policy.
What we don’t collect. We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, web beacons, or any similar technology on this site. We do not run Google Analytics, Meta/Facebook Pixel, or any other third-party analytics or advertising tool. We do not require you to create an account, and we don’t process any payments through this website.
How We Use Information
If you email us through the Contact form or chat assistant, we use what you sent solely to respond to your inquiry — typically to follow up about a fencing estimate or question. We don’t use it for anything beyond that, and we don’t add you to a mailing list or send marketing messages unless you separately ask us to.
How We Share Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. We don’t share it with third parties for their own marketing. The only party ever involved in handling data related to this site is Cloudflare, in its role as our hosting and content-delivery provider, described above. We’ll also disclose information if we’re legally required to — for example, in response to a valid court order.
Cookies & Tracking
This website does not set cookies and does not use browser storage to track you. If that ever changes, this policy will be updated to say so before it happens.
Third-Party Links
This site links out to our Facebook page. Once you follow that link, you’re on a platform we don’t control, and its own privacy policy applies, not this one. We encourage you to review the privacy practices of any site you visit from a link on ours.
Children’s Privacy
This website is a general-audience site for a fencing contracting business and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian believes a child under 13 has sent us information (for example, through the Contact form), please contact us and we will delete it.
Data Security
Because form submissions on this site are sent directly from your own email account rather than stored on our website, we don’t hold a database of visitor submissions that could itself be breached. Any email you send us is protected the same way the rest of your email is, by your own email provider’s security. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we can’t guarantee absolute security for anything sent to us.
Your Choices
Using the Contact form or chat assistant is entirely optional — you can always reach us by phone instead. If you’ve previously emailed us and want us to delete that correspondence, or if you have questions about how we handle information, contact us using the details below and we’ll take care of it. If a privacy law that applies to you gives you specific rights over your information, let us know and we’ll honor that request.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy if how we handle information ever changes. The date at the top of this page reflects the last time it was substantively revised. We encourage you to check back occasionally.
